Questions
+How many photos do I need?
Books start at 20 pages. Around 30–150 photos works beautifully; you can upload up to 800 per book.
+Is the PDF free?
Your first high-resolution PDF of every book is free. If you change the book afterwards, each new PDF is ₹499 — and if you order a printed copy, every PDF of that book is free. Downloading again without changes is always free.
+How long does printing take?
Every book is custom-made for your order — printed, bound and quality-checked by hand — so it takes 10–12 working days before it ships. Delivery across India then takes 2–7 working days, with tracking.
+Can I edit after the auto-design?
Everything is editable: swap photos, change layouts, crop, add captions, add or remove pages.
+Do you support iPhone HEIC photos?
Not yet — set your camera to “Most Compatible” or export as JPEG. HEIC support is on the roadmap.
